3. Has the applicant previously violated this article or a substantially similar ordinance in another municipality preceding the date of the application?
4. Does the applicant have or will have lawful possession of the premises proposed for the marihuana facility?
5. Does the applicant hold an elective office of a governmental unit of this Michigan, another state, or the federal government; is a member of or employed by a regulatory body of a governmental unit in this state, another state or the federal government; or is employed by a governmental unit of this state?
6. Does the applicant have an interest in any other marihuana facility under the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act?
7. Has the applicant has ever applied for or been granted any commercial license or certificate issued by the Bureau of Medical Marihuana Regulation or any other jurisdiction concerning medical marihuana or marihuana that has been denied, restricted, suspended, revoked, or not renewed?
8. Has the applicant filed or been served with a complaint or other notice filed with any public body regarding the delinquency in the payment of or dispute over the filings concerning the payment of any tax required under federal, state, or local law, including the amount of any tax, taxing agency and time periods involved?
