Thank you for taking the time to fill out the Mobile Food Vendors Application with The City of Portage Parks & Recreation. Once you submit your application, it will go to the Parks & Recreation department for review.
You must fill out this application first to become an approved City of Portage Parks & Recreation Mobile Food Vendor. Once you are an approved Mobile Food Vendor, you can then fill out the Daily Permit Application.
The primary form of communication we use is email. Please make sure to check your SPAM if you do not hear from us within 30 days of application.
I understand that for any given event, there are a limited number of spaces available per category, and all applications are subject to approval. Portage Parks & Recreation staff will reach out to you to confirm which, if any, events we're able to schedule you for.
I understand that upon Receipt of application; City of Portage Parks & Recreation will reach out for all necessary documents. All documents must be returned to the Parks Department no later than 7 business days after approval. It is okay to send documents that will expire before your first scheduled event as a placeholder. Failure to supply the required documents may result in the forfeiting of your date. If you have any questions please email Barbie at DunnB@portagemi.gov.
