Daily Mobile Food Vendor Permit Application

To operate a mobile food truck/cart in the City of Portage park system, all food vendor vehicles or carts engaged in the business of cooking, preparing, and distributing food or beverages in public areas are required to be registered with the City of Portage Parks & Recreation. Only those trucks/carts that are registered with Portage Parks & Recreation will be eligible to request a daily permit. All Mobile Food Vendors must complete a Mobile Food Vendor Application at the beginning of each year.

If you are NOT a registered Mobile Food Vendor, or it is a new year and you have NOT registered yet, this application is NOT for you. Please go back to the Vendor Applications page and fill out the Mobile Food Vendor application.

Daily Permits only apply to the City of Portage Park system and does not grant any authorization in other City locations.
