2025 Monster Mash Trick-or-Treating Registration

There's something strange in your neighborhood. Strap on your Nuclear Accelerator and grab your Proton pack, there are ghosts loose in Ramona Park that you need to to trap at this years Monster Mash! This is a family-friendly event where you'll find Halloween-themed decorations, a spooky trail hayride, merry-not-scary magic shows, pumpkin carving demos, a live DJ, and carnival-style food. Who are you going to call? Ghostbusters!

Monster Mash Saturday October 18th, 2025 at Ramona Park

Event Time: 3:00pm to 7:00pm

Set Up Time: Trick-or-Treating spaces can start set up as early as 10am, but must arrive no later than 1pm. You must be fully set up and ready to go by 2:30pm.

Expected Number of Guests: 3,000+

Parking: Parking will be located at Portage South Little League 4801 E Centre Ave. After dropping off all supplies please park in the Portage South Little League Parking Lot. Shuttle buses will bring you back to the event. You do NOT have to walk.

Everyone's Favorite Part Involves YOU! The highlight of the event is Trick-or-Treating through our local businesses and organizations. Every registered space is welcome to promote their own business and hand out their own material, bring themed activities, decorate their area, etc. We ask that you bring enough candy for at least 3,000 children. We encourage everyone to wear a costume. Event is rain or shine. You will receive a confirmation letter with an invoice once approved. All payments are due by Friday October 10th. 

$50 Trick-or-Treat Space Fee Includes:

  • A designated 10 ft x 10 ft Space
  • 1 hay bale with Custom Monster Mash Sign 

Your Group Must Provide:

  • 6 or 8 foot table
  • Candy for at least 3,000 children
  • Decorations for your area
  • Optional: Chairs
  • Optional: game/activity
  • Optional: 10 ft x 10 ft tent (Tents are not necessary or required, but may be helpful in case of inclement weather. All tents must be weighted, not staked)

Optional Rentals:

  • $5 each - chair rental
  • $20 each - 8 foot table rental
  • $80 - 10x10 tent rental (limited quantities available)

    All registrations are due by October 4th, 2024. Payment is due by October 11th, 2024 and you will recieve an invoice to pay. Payments can be made online or Cash/Check at City Hall. 

    Once confirmed and paid more event details will be sent via email.
