2025/2026 Sponsorship Application

Thank you for your generous support of the Portage Parks and Recreation department. Sponsorships are a significant way to enhance awareness for organziations by helping to provide fun family experiences to the community and customers. Portage Parks and Recreation depends on sponsorships to provide a wide range of programming. Together, we make Portage a great place to live, work, and play.
